> Small Business Analytics (SBA) is a privacy-friendly website analytics tool built for non-technical small business owners. It does what Google Analytics does — counts visitors, shows where they came from, tracks pages they read — but every metric is explained in plain English. It also includes automatic social media post tracking (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and an AI marketing analyst named Alfred who answers traffic questions in plain English. Pricing starts at $9/month.

## What makes it different from other analytics tools

Three things, in order of how much customers tell us they matter:

1. **Plain-English explanations on every metric.** Every stat in the dashboard has a tooltip explaining what it means in normal language. No "engagement rate" without context.
