We retain visitor session data for 90 days. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

As a customer, you are responsible for informing your own website visitors that analytics are in use and for complying with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) in your jurisdiction. Our tracking script does not use cookies — it uses localStorage for visitor identification, which you should disclose in your own privacy policy.
