How install actually works

Follow the steps for your platform (Squarespace, Shopify, etc.). Alfred is right there in the app showing you exactly where to click.

Common install questions

What if I'm not technical at all?
That's who SBA is built for. Our AI install assistant Alfred is in the app the whole time you're setting up — he sees screenshots, tells you exactly which menu to click, and troubleshoots if something doesn't work. Most non-technical owners finish setup in under 2 minutes. If you get stuck, email support@smallbusinessanalytics.io and a human (the founder, usually) will respond.
Will install break my site?
No. We give you one tiny line of code that loads asynchronously — meaning your page renders first, and our tracker loads in the background. It doesn't slow your site down, doesn't block anything, and doesn't change how anything looks. If you remove it, it's gone instantly. No leftover scripts, no clean-up needed.
Do I need to know anything about HTML or code?
No. We give you the code already written. Your only job is to paste it into one specific spot — and Alfred shows you exactly where that spot is for your platform. You don't write any code; you copy and paste once.
What if my platform isn't in this list?
We work with any website that lets you add a line of code to the header. That covers virtually every platform — Webflow, Ghost, Hugo, Jekyll, custom HTML, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder (Premium/up), Carrd, Bubble, anything. Sign up and Alfred will walk you through it for your specific setup.
How long until I see data after install?
Immediately. The moment a visitor lands on your site, they appear in your live visitor view. Alfred starts working on day 1 — even before you have much data, he uses what's there plus what he learned about your business to give you useful insights.
